Andrew Merrett

Andy joined Lovell Ozanne in 1998 and has been actively engaged in the delivery of a number of prestigious projects from inception to completion.

Andy is responsible for developing work in Jersey that has so far ranged from one-off domestic houses and residential developments to hotel and commercial projects. He has successfully completed a number of projects on the Island and is currently involved with a number of projects that are on site and awaiting planning permission.

Andy takes on responsibility for Architectural Computer Graphics. “My particular interest is in developing and presenting design aspirations in a recognisable and realistic form. This includes 3-Dimensional Visualisations, a process that involves computer modelling, creating photorealistic images or animation of a proposed building in its contextual environment. As a working tool it enables a designer to explore scale, massing and material finishes within the context of a particular location. New generation architectural software continues to become more sophisticated and Lovell Ozanne can now offer an extended range of services, including:

* 3D `Fly around` modelling.

* Photorealistic Visualisations.

* Master planning mass models.

* Realistic Landscaping -depicting site textures.
