Jason Dowinton

Jason qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technologist having studied at London South Bank University gaining a First Class Honours degree in Architectural Technology, together with being awarded the prestigious Lillian and Henry Stevenson prize and the Worshipful Company of Constructors Award for Construction in 2006.

 Jason joined Lovell Ozanne in 2000, and his speciality is in Construction Technology; he has been involved in many of the Islands major developments as either a Senior Technical Team Leader or Project Manager including Trafalgar Court, Marina View, St Martins Community Centre, States Analysts Laboratory, Mora Restaurant and various private residences.

 Jason is also interested in developing building techniques whether they are traditional or bespoke, utilizing modern materials and incorporating energy efficient building services to encourage sustainability within the built environment.
