Lovell Ozanne have submitted a proposal for outline planning permission of a £50 million development scheme at Admiral Park, St Peter Port. Project Indigo, commissioned by the land owners Comprop, is a mixed use development over an area of 13,780sqm and includes commercial offices, a restaurant, a cinema, a hotel and a 600-space underground car park.
