The project originally consisted of a ground floor extension that formed a new reception area, however the scheme expanded to include a full refurbishment of the existing brick clad building. This included new mechanical and electrical installation throughout the building together with new access floors and sanitary accommodation. The existing structure was overclad with an insulated STO Render system and the roof was replaced with a sarnifil single ply membrane.
