Charrotterie Residential

Lovell Ozanne were initially appointed by Island Homes Ltd. to obtain Permission in Principle for the site. This included 90 residential units and 37,500 sq ft of office accommodation. The residential scheme consists of 90 apartments with 120 car parking spaces below a landscaped podium deck. A design and build form of contract was used with R G Falla as the main contractor. Work on the project commenced in June 2001 and was completed in June 2003.
