Lovell Ozanne were appointed as architects for the development of a 52,000 sq ft retail supermarket. The scheme incorporated an underground carpark and surface carpark. The development was completed within 49 weeks and incorporated 6000 tons of concrete, 200 tons of steel and 37,000 sq ft of tarmac. |
