L'Aumone Care Home

In 1988, Methodist Homes (Guernsey) Ltd constructed Maison L’Aumone Residential Home. This home became an established Care Home on the Island but the Directors of the home recognised there was a growing need to provide Specialist Care Home facilities for those members of the community with Alzheimers or Dementia. In addition they recognised the need for an extension to the existing home to provide for those needing a higher level of care. In 1997, Lovell Ozanne completed the design works and construction began in 2007 with completion by June 2009. The Client's objective was to provide high quality specialist accommodation that was purpose designed to meet particular needs of these residents.
