New Guernsey Water Depot

Lovell Ozanne initially prepared a master plan to redevelop the St Andrews Reservoir site. After obtaining planning approval for the master plan, Lovell Ozanne were then commissioned to prepare detailed design and tender information for Guernsey Water's new depot facility. This project included significant landscape enhancement works as part of the first phase of the site redevelopment.
