This social housing scheme sees Lovell Ozanne provide 60 new houses and 20 new apartments laid out in an organic street pattern, using a variety of built forms, to give variety and character to the development. 

Each home is to be highly insulated with the latest energy saving heating equipment, including solar panels, to reduce the fuel consumption and heating bills of the new tenants.

The site layout provides spaces for activity and play throughout the public areas of the development whilst maintaining privacy and security for back gardens and parking courts.  

Lovell Ozanne were appointed by the GHA in December 2010 and made the planning submission in July 2011, following extensive consultation with the Environment Department.  

Work is expected to start on site in March 2012.
