Trafalgar Court Office Development

Lovell Ozanne were appointed as master planning architects for the Mixed Use Redevelopment Area (MURA) in St Peter Port. Once this was approved, Lovell Ozanne were then appointed as design architects for an 110,000 sq ft office development. The scheme incorporated two atria, a 500 space, multi-storey car park and associated landscaping works. The project commenced on site in August 2002 and was completed 23 months later.
