Victoria Avenue

The project consisted of 57 one and two bed houses designed in conjunction with the British Research Establishment, creating the Channel Islands' first “ Eco-Village” . The units were designed with SIPS panel structure making them highly insulated. Tthey were provided with mechanical heat recovery units and solar panels that feed a heat store. The scheme was designed around the existing mature planting on the site with a strong emphasis being placed on creating a community and providing a sustainable eco-friendly development for the Housing Association's tenants.
