Building Disputes can arise for a number of reasons; a property owner may be dissatisfied with the quality of work carried out by their Contractor or there could be a problem that has not been resolved during the project. Disputes can also arise due to the cost of works and either party may be in disagreement as to how much is owing at the end of a Contract. Issues can also arise between neighbours or with a Property Owner and Insurers over the scope of works to be carried out following a claim on the buildings policy.
