Bill Van Heerden

Bill qualified as a Chartered Architect at the Natal School of Architecture in South Africa, going into private practice where he had offices in Durban and Johannesburg. He has been practicing in the UK since 2008 in BIM led projects, project management and technical delivery.

He has experience in a variety of sectors.

Residential work includes apartment blocks, housing schemes and residential care homes; industrial work comprises warehousing and factory parks, and in the commercial sector, experience in office design and interior fit-out.

Educational work includes government schools and private schools both new and refurbished.

State projects include security-cleared work in MOD establishments, nuclear development for the AWE, HM prisons and the Metropolitan Police.
