Cheila joined the practice in 2025, bringing with her a diverse international background, including professional experience in Belgium and Portugal, as well as 3.5 years of local industry experience.

Her primary focus lies in residential construction, where she applies a globally informed perspective to deliver thoughtful and innovative solutions.

Cheila is also passionate about technology and continually explores how it can enhance design and processes.

Outside of work, she enjoys planning her next travel adventure, diving into a good book, and exploring projects and solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
